About Us
At PRESERVE Settlements our mission is to provide attorneys and their injured clients not only with best in class service, but also with best in class outcomes. We work to PRESERVE benefits and settlement awards by leveraging both our deep subject matter expertise and our intense passion for helping claimants who have suffered a personal injury. Our goal is always to work on behalf of each and every claimant- whether they are part of a large mass tort settlement or involved in a single car accident- with the same attention, diligence, and care that we would for a close family member. The process of finally getting a settlement award into the hands of an injured claimant can be time consuming, stressful, and complex for all parties. At PRESERVE, we provide innovative solutions aimed at reducing the time, reducing the stress, and reducing the complexity involved at each step in the settlement process.
Our Founders
A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Ryan Brown has spent the last 10 years developing and implementing innovative solutions in the lien resolution and claims administration space. Whether designing settlement programs with government and private insurance agencies, custom software platforms for use by internal and external stakeholders, or operational workflows to help guide users through the complex settlement resolution process, Ryan’s focus is always on creating efficiency, transparency, and most of all good outcomes for injured plaintiffs. Ryan began his career with James Street’s The Plaintiff’s Resource by building out the company's mass tort unit from the ground up. In 2012 he joined Shapiro Settlement Solutions (S3) where he lead the effort to build a scalable operation that successfully navigated the path from startup to ultimately handling hundreds complex lien resolution projects involving hundreds of thousands of injured claimants in some of the largest mass tort settlements to date. S3's success lead to the company's merger into Archer Systems in 2017, where Ryan continued to lead the effort to integrate operations and create unique solutions to help facilitate continued rapid growth. In founding PRESERVE Settlements, Ryan's goal is to continue to build on his experience in the industry and bring ever better solutions to transform the way settlements are administered to the benefit of all parties.
